Job Description: We are currently seeking detailed and people orientated individuals for our Customer Service Representative opportunities. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that plays a key role in the success of GTL. The Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls from policy holders, insurance agents and providers. They provide information regarding claim benefits, policy status, policy benefits, billing and premium information in the most efficient way possible. This person provides this information by the use of various internal systems- LifePro, Processor, SRAS, Stone Eagle, and CRM screens. Our goal is to make every caller feel they have made the right choice in choosing GTL to service all of their insurance needs.

  • Required to master LifePro, Processor claim system, Stone Eagle, SRAS and CRM
  • Learn and respond to multiple lines of business.
  • Polite professional attitude over the phone
  • Answer high volume incoming phone calls



  • The candidate will also need to be flexible
  • Customer Service experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of college is preferred.
  • Able to work alone and able to work within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Detail oriented
  • Possess excellent people skills
  • Experience with Word software a plus.
  • Bilingual – Spanish a plus
